• مدة الشحن: يتم توصيل الطلبات إلى باب المنزل خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل لجميع محافظات مصر.

• تتبع الشحنة: بمجرد خروج الطلب للشحن، سنرسل لك رقم التتبع عبر رسالة نصية أو البريد الإلكتروني لمتابعة حالة شحنتك لحظة بلحظة.

• مصاريف الشحن: يتم حساب تكلفة الشحن آلياً عند الدفع بناءً على عنوان التوصيل.
