Refund & exchange policy

نهتم جداً برضا عملائنا وفخورون بجودة منتجاتنا المحلية. لذا، وضعنا سياسة مرنة تضمن حقكم:

• فترة الاسترجاع: يمكنكم طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام.

• شروط المنتج: يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وبكافة التايكات (Tags) والعبوة الأصلية التي تم استلامه بها.

• عيوب الصناعة: في حالة استلام منتج به عيب صناعة أو تلف، نتحمل كافة تكاليف الشحن ويحق للعميل استبدال المنتج فوراً أو استرداد المبلغ كاملاً.

• طريقة استرداد الأموال: بمجرد استلام المرتجع وفحصه، سيتم إخطاركم بالموافقة. وفي حالة القبول، سيتم رد المبلغ تلقائياً إلى بطاقة الدفع الأصلية (أو الوسيلة المستخدمة) خلال 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل.

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free exchange or a full refund.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
